Personnel training system
There is a keen desire to deploy a personnel training system that would relieve the burden on employees to bring new employees of the company up to date.
System requirements - the ability to create training courses for different categories of employees (managers, support), which would allow them to independently study the direction, specifics and products of the company and, as a result, pass a test to make sure that the employee can be allowed to work.
Nobody faced similar problems? What software did you use for this purpose?

Moodle. There is experience in implementing it both for internal training (about 200 people per year) and for training customers (about 700 people per year). Access through the web face, so it doesn't matter what's on the desktop. But be prepared for methodical work :)
We have been drinking Moodle for a long time. Very adequate distance learning system. Allows you to post educational content in any form. Powerful community in Russia. There are additional modules for every taste, including for holding webinars and paying for courses through payment systems. Integrates with AD and other authorization services. Has its own API. Works great on a LAMP server, can be installed in conjunction with Postgress or OracleDB. Try it! Good luck!
I am using NetOpSchool .
1. An employee of an
interested department using the software conducts training (audio-video capabilities are used, showing the screen, launching third-party applications)
2. the record is recorded for further viewing / training of new employees
random questions and free answers.
4. After passing the test, the employee is given access to a working IS
I once faced such tasks in a company, we implemented KAI-ISPYT .
The result is positive, in principle everyone liked the system
