Where to go as an IT handyman?

The situation is this. I have such a knowledge base: html, css, photoshop, a little php, various cms, nix, apache, mysql, hardware repair, OS reinstallation / installation, data recovery, working with network equipment, creating websites, building android firmware, repairing mobile devices and many more little things.
He worked as a layout designer in a web studio, then as a laborer in a computer service, he made websites for friends as a hack.
Now I sit without money and desire to engage in nonsense. There is no desire to work for someone and make money on SEO or creating websites according to the wishes of the customer, as well as repairing computers.
The question is - in what direction is it better and more profitable to develop now. Is it possible to work for yourself and have a permanent stable income of at least 20 tons?
I have a lot of cool ideas for web services, but there is not enough knowledge and people ready to help or do their own thing together.
Please tell me what to do.

As I understand correctly, you are a techie? If you are so tired you need to look for like-minded people, preferably also techies, advertisers and marketers, everyone should do their own thing, feel the IT sectors, apply ideas to each, identify the uniqueness of their product, make, test and launch. The next question is what to live on this time? Until you unwind, interrupt with temporary earnings. You can look for temporary ones on Avito, but again there are a lot, but from my own experience I’ll say a good techie and even an enthusiast is very difficult to find.
At least I didn’t succeed, if there is a very great desire to work for myself, the most correct way is to beat the team.

Freelance or your own business such as outsourcing, an IT company. Put quality of service first. This is very difficult. I'm currently reading the book Startup Without a Budget. There's a lot of actionable advice out there.

I live an identical life in terms of work, and so, I think that I need to do something specific and give up all these side jobs, it is the side jobs that prevent me from improving my knowledge and developing. My IMHO.

A similar question, only there are a couple of working projects and now not even in Russia, but I want to go to Kaliningrad in Moscow, there is nothing to catch, I think so even though I was born there, knowledgeable people say money in the regions.
