Acceptance of payments on account for individual entrepreneurs

Please tell me, if I accept payments to a bank account as an individual entrepreneur, do I need to issue an invoice for each such payment? Or can people simply transfer money using the details specified on the site?

Make an offer contract, in which you state that the fact of accepting the terms of the contract and accepting work is the fact that funds are credited to your account. I don't think any action is required in this case.

In this case, the offer on the site is sufficient. For tax, make a paper copy and certify with your signature and seal. Include all payments received on the account in the income book and, as usual, pay taxes on them quarterly.
The tax authorities are more likely to raise a question about the money that came that was not included in the income book than the absence of acts. An offer for an explanation will suffice.

An account is not required.

Phys. persons can simply by details by filling out a form at Sberbank. And jur. persons must have an account, because the bank will ask for a reason for the transfer, which is usually an invoice.
