Where to go as an assistant system administrator on a voluntary basis?
I have outlined a certain path in IT, which I follow: I study computer networks and administration, but I want to practice with a mentor. To get at least half-time, there are not enough skills and knowledge. There are no acquaintances in this area yet. How and where can you offer yourself? What size/segment companies can be paid attention to in order to "help and learn", given the possible policy (trade secrets, etc.) and the tasks were interesting.

You can - you won't believe it - try the police :) Of course there are a lot of specialists, but there are not enough police for everyone.
