What are the barriers to a Java Enterprise developer career?

Hello!
On reflection, I decided to bet on Java, more specifically Java Enterprise.
I plan to enter in absentia in not the most top university. Learning, internship. I have several questions for you.
1. Does it matter which university to enter (I understand perfectly well that I won’t enter the top one), when doing an internship, can I not take an internship if I study at a noname university?
2. What can you say about RosNOU?
3. Are they looking for registration in large companies, such as Yandex, EPAM, etc.? (There are no permanent registrations, only temporary ones)
4. Can large companies be denied due to lack of permanent residence? Thank you

I will answer not in Java, but:

  1. Not once in all interviews at all levels of development did they ask where I studied (nowhere)
Although no, I'm lying, they asked once, and it was the worst place I worked, and I quit after two hours.
  2.
  3. Same answer, never asked
  4. Since they didn’t ask, they didn’t refuse, but I doubt very much that they would

It has if you enter the top. A good university is a great investment in your career.
If you don’t enroll, then I don’t recommend getting a VO at all: the crust is not worth the lost time, even migration is not required if you have 5 years of work experience (these are the only cases when I needed a diploma).

During an internship, no one gives a damn what university you study in.

temporary residence permit is a complete analogue of a permanent one, except that it has an expiration date.
no matter where and how you live

IMHO
1) Universities that can really give you what you described here are few, you will have to get a lot yourself, therefore the answer is almost none.
2) I won’t say
3) I’ve never heard such a thing that it was important for someone in the case of IT, maybe in some housing and communal services, I don’t know))) If you are all the more valuable, you will be transported, settled, taken in general with a different citizenship
4) The same, if they are valuable - no one cares.
