How can a beginner frontend developer find commercial experience?

Good day!

Need your advice. I understand that these questions have most likely been asked many times, but please tell me how a novice frontend developer can find permanent commercial experience. I am familiar with the basics (html/css/js), I am actively learning React now, I have a little experience in the form of several completed orders that were received through friends, there is also one completed order from a freelance exchange.

I would really like to know your opinion regarding my questions that arose during my little experience in this area.
1. Is freelancing worth it?
If so, how to receive orders with one completed order on the exchange?

2. Will they be able to hire me in the Russian Federation if I am a citizen of the country of the former USSR with minimal experience and the same amount of knowledge?

Thanks in advance for your replies

It is difficult to get a job, but if there are projects, then it is real. The most important thing is to download skills. Develop every day. Go to social services, take tests. So day after day the hand is stuffed. You learn theory, solve puzzles, typeset, read books, watch tutorials. And so the circle has not yet settled, and there everything is the same in a circle, only colleagues can still help. It would also be great to learn React well, and file a suitable project on it, with good layout and adaptive. As an example, you can dodopizza site, I advise everyone new to work to do it who is just starting to learn React
