How to identify the right company in the web development job market for the first time?

Greetings :)
Very soon I plan to go to work in the office as a Junior Web-Developer - I want fast development and a stable income. I am very young and young, I will look for a job for the first time. And that's why I'm very sensitive to the process of finding an employer: I want to get into the team where there will be development, a good team, a pleasant development stack, and most importantly, the absence of "blindness", which I will describe below. For all the time of recruiting and doing freelance projects, studying the situation in the world of Web development, I have the following picture of the world:
The client has a business. In order for a business to bring even more money, you need to:
a) automate, optimize processes within the company, which will reduce human and resource costs (solution: large-scale IS)
OR
b) increase sales / applications / company awareness (solution: corporate sites on WP, simple SEO optimization, self-written landing pages, landing pages on Tilda (!) )
I tried myself (as far as it is possible to do it alone) in both areas and I I liked working with option A much more. But, according to my observations, option B is sold much more often and easier. Hence my fear of running into a job at a type B company, although I would really like to start my clean career path on a good note - working at a type A company.
Attention, questions:

1. Is my desire legitimate, or is the company itself not so important for the first job, its vision of what role it plays for business, but just the experience of working in the office? Should I shove my dreams away and just go to work?
   
2. If legal - how can I determine if a web studio suits my desires? At every stage: from viewing their website and profile on HH, ending with an interview. What are the pitfalls?

Look for if time is not running out, otherwise any work is practice, and practice is development. You can always quit and find a better option.

What can be recommended in the current situation based on the above:
1. Choose a specific direction of development.
2. Get a job in a company that draws up its employees "in white" (this is not such an easy task, especially when it comes to web studios)). Well, do not go to web studios that develop on vp or bitr, of course. This is the road to nowhere.
Six months after completing these points, your vision of what is happening will change in a severe way)
And in a year - if you constantly pump skills - severe and very prosperous.

Go where they take you. In a month "in the wrong" company, you will grow stronger than in six months of sorting out "the one or the other." Especially without experience, being "outside" you will not be able to correctly assess it. And the choice at the beginning is unlikely to be great. Green junas - few people need them.
