Where to find the perfect freelancing site?

tried different ones, all have flaws (in my subjective opinion)
scriptlance.com - somehow everything is confusing, support slows down, focused on web projects
rentacoder - the interface is kind of old, hurts the eye, but there is an arbitration service
odesk.com - the interface is beautiful , but some kind of incomprehensible
is there any service more convenient than those listed?

@Sterhel

free-lance.ru - confusing interface
It's interesting that the only thing that bothered you there was the interface.

If you want a sane income, then odesk.com. In general, strange criteria, instead of the audience and its loyalty, choose the interface. )

On weblancer.there is no interface, it's understandable.

I have been using Weblancer.net for 4.5 years now.
He basically feeds me. Up to $3K is quite possible to earn. The main thing that would be the experience and desire to work.
The interface is very clear and convenient, at least I don’t like all other exchanges just because of their complex interfaces.

I also asked myself this question - I came to the conclusion that if you need an “ideal”, i.e. the one that meets all my requirements, so you need to write your own, and did so.
I also added bug trackers and a simple ticket system there, then attached a robokassa.

@emironichev

and if you do your own (Russian-speaking), what would you like to have there (from the side of the developer who takes orders)?
