Hello, please tell me where to find a browser mocup of a certain size (1300 width XXXX height)?
Or tell me how to fit the ones I found to a certain size. Experienced web designers, what do you use? Maybe there is a template?)))

There are a lot of templates (as I understand it, you already know how to search and download them), just adjust them to the desired width in a graphical editor by changing the size of the objects. How exactly depends on the specific template. You can make yourself such a template in advance: a PNG browser header, a text field for the title and address, as well as a smart object with a ready-made shadow into which the design itself will be inserted.
At different times there were services for such things, but some are already outdated, others do not do exactly as in the example of Lebedev's studio, and still others have not been working for a long time. I remember there were also plugins for Flash, but I couldn't find them now.

Это скорее всего Тёма своими ручками делал(нет(подчиненные)).
Находите мокап, и там скорее всего все бары спокойно редактируете, вроде разбираетесь.
