Where to find foreign projects?

I have a team of programmers. Front-end, back-end, designers, project managers. We work with agile. In general, we do it qualitatively, well, for several years we have been debugging all processes and quality.
For today foreign customers, to be exact the USA, Great Britain, Germany and so on are interested. I understand that looking for direct contacts is a rather long process.
Please do not immediately offer odesk and elans. The main reason is that hourly work does not interest me, and there are not many fix projects, and a lot of projects like WordPress, all sorts of CMS, but we didn’t strive for quality and normal work technologies for this.
Let's get back to the question. Since looking for direct contacts is a long process (we have been working for more than a year, I understand that this is normal for 6 months), so I'm interested in a simple contract to start with. We worked a lot in the Russian Federation for large companies in a contract, but today we are interested in a roughly similar scheme but in the west.
Please tell someone where you can find companies that need a cheap (for their budgets) contract, maybe someone has contacts.

Why don't you like hourly work? You negotiate the costs in hours and here is an almost pure fixed price. In general, it is obvious that the hourly work is much better for agile.
