Where to find a computer like a router?

You need a universal inexpensive computer in the form factor of a router (small):
The main requirements are:
OS Ubuntu / Debian, preferably i386 / amd64, 512-1024 MB of memory, internal flash drive (or sd card), at least 5-10GB.
At least 1 Lan port, more can be. Perhaps a WiFi interface (for WiFi distribution).
Who can recommend what?
Interested in solutions produced in the building by industrial batches.
PS I described it as a router, but in routers the firmware is locked by default, and the memory is with a gulkin nose.
