How to connect to the network adapter of another device?

How can I connect from one machine (let's call it comp1) to the network adapter of another machine (comp2) located on a different network?
By "connect" I mean that comp1 will see comp2's network adapter as its own and will be able to, for example, scan the network where comp2 is located.

Ideally, I want from a mobile device (in this case comp2), use some kind of airodump-ng ( which will be located on my home server (comp1) and receive the actual traffic itself from the network card of the mobile phone)

well, except that they can be transparently connected by VPN ....
only the network card of the mobile phone can either connect to the VPN or scan the network .... there is also 1 chip ... (if we are talking about the mobile network)
