Where to download Microsoft edge?

What I have : win10 x64 Enterprice LTSB, Updated a long time ago over win7. All licensed. For some unknown reason, edge is missing.
Google : 1) I don't want to download from dubious sites. There is no virtual machine at hand to check what is there.
2) Powershell scripts didn't work on reinstall or rollback.
3) On the microsoft website there is no button "download edge for free and without registering sms"
4) In "Add or Remove Programs" where you can install standard apps, there is Internet Explorer 11 and edge is not.
What are the ideas?

- We are deploying win 10 LTSB to a segment of our network. And considering win 10 LTSB throughout the entire domain. But we need Edge Browser.

Bottom line : Edge is missing on the win10 LTSB assembly and cannot be installed.

Which version of Windows exactly? Edge is missing from LTSB builds.
