How to completely simulate being in another country?

Actually the essence is simple: how to make the site fully perceive you as a foreign user? Being in Russia, for example, imitate being in France. What pitfalls can get in the way? What parameters can give you away? So that the same YouTube sees you as a user from Paris, completely and completely.

Buy VPS in France/Germany/Cocos Islands.
Install the correct axle.
Axis language - only the country you are imitating
Soft - only in the language you are
imitating com
Go to Russian-language resources as little as possible, without history, without cookies, without anything...
Accessing this VPS via VPN will make it difficult (but NOT impossible) to figure out where you are constantly coming from via RDP / VNC or what you will control there

VPN, proxy or something similar.
Change language settings and time zone.
Launch a clean profile in the browser, or a tab in incognito mode.
And this does not give 100% unrecognizability ( everything is bad ), but if you are not on the international wanted list, then all "ordinary" organizations will pretend that they see you for the first time.

1 VPN
2 Most often plugins such as Flash and WebRTC are rented out, so it's better to disable them.
3 Next, change the language of the Browser and preferably OS, change the time zone if necessary.

Buy a cloud desktop on OVH for 15 euros per month - 100% effect of an honest presence in France.
Of course, it is clear that the IP is from the data center, if you really dig so deep, but nothing more.
If the system eats something, it can be reinstalled in one click at least ten times a day.
After all, we are hiding from YouTube, and not from the Mossad, did I understand the question correctly?
