VPN (L2TP?) over HTTPS Proxy?

Hello!
The next question is of interest - is it possible to run L2TP through HTTPS Proxy? (the CONNECT method is available).
The problem is that HTTPS Proxy is an ISA that requires Negotiate authorization (via Kerberos), and I cannot enter a login and password for it. Why? Because it uses the system login and password. And on the client computer - 2-factor authorization instead of a normal password.
Actually, is it really possible to raise an L2TP connection through such a proxy using proxy auto-configuration (as IE and Chrome get to the Internet - using SSPI)? If yes, then how?
OS: Windows XP SP3. On the account, it is allowed to create L2TP connections - though HZ how to configure it to use a proxy. The computer is included in AD. User account.

any VPN involves the appearance of a virtual
network card and the interception of the main route 0.0.0.0 on it,
these tricks are only on behalf of the administrator.
