What tools in a standard Android 4.0 browser or other can see the page frame code on this axis?
Tried Opera mini-mobile, Firefox, Dolphin. Html Code Viewer and similar programs try to open pages themselves without using the browser cache.

Or with the help of what means can I pull the page to the computer?

Even desktop browsers show you raw _original_ pages, without js changes and other things. More specific things are only visible with the help of plugins.
