Where to download/buy the base of electronic components?

We need a database of electronic components, in excel format: part number, manufacturer, characteristics. Preferably from 200K positions.
Googling, I did not find anything intelligible, or rather nothing at all. I would be grateful for any practical advice, link, suggestion, etc.

Haven't seen a base like that. You can try to parse the database of some online store like digikey using a script and add it to csv.
