Where to configure DigitalOcean + Plesk DNS?

There is an ubuntu + plesk panel droplet. DNS can be set both in the droplet and in the Plesk panel. Records which register in the panel do not work. It seems like there is DigitalOcean DNS synchronization, I set everything up, but the result is zero. All records from the panel to register in the droplet? Or how?
