Why does MySql fall off?

Good afternoon. For some reason, mysql, which is located on VPS Digital Ocean, falls off.
Here is a screenshot of the error log - 5c507d27892fc891882655.png
Mysql can be restarted from the VPS control panel, but after some time it falls off again.
Here is the result of the top command with mysql dumped - 5c507d5011425857014586.png
Here is the result of the du -h command - 5c507d64ba640263245755.png
Tell me how to fix this and if possible in more detail, since I do not understand anything in administration.

I suspect that he installed it crookedly and he stupidly has no rights. Ubuntu? Find the installation manual and uninstall, install again. And I don’t advise digital ocean, for example, your mail won’t work there without third-party services, plus there are servers from the time of dinosaurs and they work accordingly, a hatzer is better, it’s cheaper and 100 times better.

Because the DBMS cannot create/write a temporary file in /tmp
