Where to buy a small compressor, what is it called correctly?

My brother came across this video from a popular channel: youtu.be/7qckwhd_lfw .
The compressor itself is on the timecode 00:11, the duration of the video is 02:40.
In the video experiment: air is pumped through a flask with cotton wool. Burning cigarettes are stuck into the flask and the cotton wool in the flask is saturated with combustion products from the cigarette.
I really wanted to repeat this experiment :) Money is not limited, but a search in Ya.Market gives only monstrous compressors: \ Probably we just don’t know how this device is called correctly and we’re looking for something else.
Several questions arose from this:

1. Where to buy (where to look for) such a (small) compressor as in the video, what is it called correctly?
   
2. What else might be needed? Like a power supply?
   
3. What power is needed for a compressor, a pump, to pump a flask with 3-4 liters of cotton wool?
   
4. Approach to the task in the video norms? Or can it be "improved"?

In the video, some kind of self-made compressor.
In fact, small compressors are either simple automobile or aquarium compressors.
