solenoid valve question for vacuum (pneumatic automation)

perhaps in the wrong hub, but I didn’t find anything better ...
there is a task: the suction cup is connected to the vacuum line (pressure created by the compressor = -0.6bar), and the air flow is 500l / min. the task is to turn off the vacuum and switch to the atmosphere so that the suction cup is unhooked from the workpiece.
In this task, an important parameter is the valve response time (less than 20-30ms).

My search ended on emv15 , but this valve is too expensive (700 euros) and weighs ~ 5kg, while in such systems something quite primitive is used. for example here:

That is, you need a normally open 3/2 valve (1 inlet, 1 outlet and 1 - atmosphere) with direct control or pilot, which will provide switching with a vacuum of -0.6 bar.

Can anyone tell me which way to look?
