Where to buy a miniature SSD drive?

Hello. I'm looking for an ssd disk with a size close to a standard flash drive.
I haven't been able to find this one in any stores.
What do you advise? I'm going to put debian there to work on any computer. A size of 20GB will be plenty.

I came to the conclusion that Russia does not have what I need.
The only option in my case would be to use a small SSD drive with a USB cable or a SATA-USB adapter.
And for those who do not worry about the reliability of the data, a simple good USB flash drive will do.

See industrial solutions. The class of such devices is called Disk On Module (DOM). It is not difficult to buy them through the Internet, for example, on ebay or on aliexpress.

Why don't you just consider a fast flash drive? For some time I used mint with such a device, it ran quite tolerably, although via usb2.0 (3.0 the laptop did not know how).

If we are talking about usb, then I recommend this .
On servers they work as the main OS.
