Why doesn't SATA SSD always connect?

There is a mother Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Ultra Gaming with the latest BIOS.
There is a Silicon Power SSD.
According to HWMonitor (macOS), the remaining life of the SSD is ~= 96%.
Actually, this SSD is not always (in ~ 60% of cases) determined by the BIOS (respectively, it is also not visible in the OS).
It helps to reboot several times, without poking anything.
I have already tried all the SATA ports on the mother, about 5 different cables - the behavior is the same. At the same time, another SSD (Samsung 850 Pro) and a shabby HDD from WD work flawlessly in any port and with any cable.
Why is this happening and how to be?

Or incompatibility with this particular motherboard, or it's dying ...
Try with another motherboard or SATA-USB adapter, make a decision.
