NAS drive overheating, what could be?

QNAP, 8 NAS drives, 1 of the drives overheats for some unknown reason (55+ degrees, the rest 29/30).
In its place, the previous disk died some time ago (the system stopped seeing it).
Cooling is uniform for everyone, there is no heating "from anywhere"

write or call support. there are quite adequate Russian-speaking people willingly helping customers. there will be much more sense and faster than reading what couch experts have written for you here.

- Check SMART.
- Google on the topic of disk firmware, maybe the disk has a curve.
- Swap disks to check if the problem is in the disk or in the connection.
- Check disk load. Maybe all the files with which they work are just found on this disk.
- NAS's seem to put a shell on one of the disks. Maybe the system itself is spinning on this disk.
