Why is HP Smart Array P420/1GB so slow?

4 ssd samsung 850pro 1gb are connected to the HP Smart Array P420/1GB controller. Disks are collected in raid-10. This shelf is used as local-lvm storage for proxmox 4.2. Windows server 2012r2 is installed in the virtual machine. I measure the speed and get

Why such low performance?

TRIM does not work for you in this configuration.
Here you need either server disks, or over provisioning in sufficient sizes.
According to the test data, it is clearly visible that your disk is packed to capacity, and there are no free cells for recording.
Hence the strong drawdowns on the record.

could you please tell me how to measure disk performance in similar parrots on debian.

man dd
measure not 1Gb but 10, run several tests at the same time, the result will get worse?
It is possible that the host system is reserving I/O resources.
PS: Did I understand correctly that this is all within the same physical machine?

If you enable the option Physical drive write cache state -> Enabled in the raid controller settings, then the write speed will increase significantly.
Here there is an instruction and speed measurements with the option turned on and off.
