How to implement video surveillance + rgb tape + searchlight + motion sensors?

Hello, I was given the task of implementing a very interesting security system using rgb tape and spotlights on a ready-made video surveillance system. In general, there is a platform in the center of which there is a tower, motion sensors of a security company are scattered around the perimeter, and an IP video surveillance system is also deployed around the perimeter. The implementation is as follows. RGB tape should be scattered in the corners (red in the picture) + Spotlights (yellow stripes) are installed on the tower itself, looking in the same directions (cameras write according to movement anyway). and if someone crosses the perimeter from a certain side (for example, the left one), only the left RGB worked and only the spotlight that looked in the direction of penetration turned on.
P / S Do not scold for the scheme, I sketched it in 2 minutes for understanding

You can do it "quickly, cheaply and cheerfully." Some Chinese DVRs have alarm output terminals. Motion detection alarm is configured by the recorder's standard tools. A relay is hung on the alarm contacts (you can look for the parameters in the documentation for the registrar), this relay turns on the spotlight and the tape. The problem is that there is usually only one alarm output. So you need to take four cheap registrars.
But the main difficulty will be in order to adjust the sensitivity of motion detection. This may not work very well: either frequent false positives (a fly flew in front of the camera, etc.), or vice versa, omissions of a small movement. But you have to try.
