Where is there such an opportunity: to write code together in real time?

For example, my friend and I wanted to write a program together. In real time. Is there such a possibility? Where? How can this be implemented?
As I imagine it: at most, the code in the IDE changes in real time to what a friend writes. Minimum: just displaying changes to any files in the project.
PS: I know that there is such a function in the github, but it's not there.

Do not do it this way! If you really need it, Skype and screen sharing have not been canceled, but if you write the same piece of code, this means that only one of you can write code. Break down tasks better and learn into a development culture
