High school of pure programming?

Are there organizations in Moscow that provide real and normal knowledge in the field of computer technology and programming?
I am currently studying at a university, I understand that endless matan, discretization and physics are not mine.
Programming is driven to stupid standards, you can’t even do something of your own, there is no freedom to express yourself. Purely the framework, it came to the ridiculous, I proved to the teacher that I do not have the opportunity to use VisualStudio (I have a Mac) and I want at least QT. I had to show what QT is...
The teaching staff in programming leaves much to be desired.
In the program we have C ++ right up to the diploma, but this is not my language. I mainly write in JS, C# and PHP. I generally try to avoid strict typing. I would like to develop in the direction of JS backend/fullstack.
Personally, I have no problems finding a job, so losing a tower is not a problem. I just want to be good at my subject.
I am interested in organizations even without a license (but if it is, then wow), where training costs up to 300k per course. They suggested Moscow Coding School, it seems like Sber is a partner, but somehow they don’t have JS ...
If an organization is valued in the market and its certificate means something to grow. employers, then it’s generally wow, say rather what kind of miracle it is)

Purely programming is a craft, it does not need to study at a university. Basic craft skills are taught at vocational schools. But you should not expect that there you will be taught the most fashionable super-duper frameworks, layout techniques, etc. They will talk about the existence of version control systems, various types of programming languages, basic syntax, etc. Like a locksmith - they don’t talk about the most modern machines and lubricants.

It seems like they finally made a normal educational institution with a twist on modern IT - www.innopolis.com
but this is not in Moscow.

As Lomonosov said, "Mathematics should then be taught so that it puts the mind in order."
It is better to finish my studies and get a tower so that there is an education.
Yes, it all depends on your career, maybe you don't need it.
But even abroad they ask for diplomas, and at least some Russian Federation also sometimes rolls, the peels of our country from the university of a technical specialty. Again, everything is debatable, universities are different.
But the mathematical sciences still at least to some extent and degree help later in programming.
It also depends on your area of specialization.
It is possible, in the role of a full-stack encoder, to deal with some system or application related to machine laning or a neural network, or weather forecasts, where there is nowhere without solving partial differential equations.
And in terms of coding, what you like, then pass, train, the main thing would be incentive and interest.
Plus, the practical aspect is important. And in addition to the diploma, as a result, from the university, you would need a tail somewhere on the github, your projects, code examples that stretch throughout your career and can also be presented. This is also useful. Everything is useful, the main thing is not to abandon and do what you like. Well, be patient with mathematics, maybe at least pass a C mark, and then it will be easier.

The answer to your question is: yes, there are, these are ShAD, FKN HSE, MIPT MIPT and others.
What you want is applied knowledge that is quickly mastered in practice, but just as quickly becomes obsolete.
Higher education helps to acquire the knowledge on which all applied things are based, here are a few examples: having studied database theory, you are able to master any new database in the shortest possible time; having studied C ++ and the theory of programming languages, you are able to write JS yourself (even if you will not do this, the knowledge will come in handy in practice, since you can roughly imagine how languages work in general).
Far from everyone needs a higher education, the majority will always use ready-made tools to solve business problems, but specialists with fundamental knowledge can do much more and cost more on the market.
