Computer Science bachelor in Poland or Ukraine? What's better?

Hello! Where is it better to get a CS bachelor for long-term employment in England, Europe (Germany, Austria, etc.), the USA? Studying at the Warsaw Polytechnic in English or studying at the KNU Shevchenko, in Kyiv in Ukrainian. Answers with arguments only are welcome. Thank you!

to the Czech Republic, the same Austria (more expensive), or maybe you can pull Sweden, Germany, France,
