Has anyone received higher education in IT in absentia and externally?
I have been working as a programmer for many years and have accumulated a lot of different and interesting experience. But here's the problem, this is still not enough to get a job in the countries of interest to the West - they require a specialized education.
I decided to get a bachelor's degree in absentia, the question arose, how to do it legally and as quickly as possible? Are there any colleagues here who have received a correspondence degree in IT as an external student? In Baumanka I see there are programs for 2 years, but is there an option for taking exams externally?
Or maybe someone has experience of studying in other universities, whose diplomas are quoted in the West?
Any insider and personal experience is interesting, subjective opinions not based on personal experience are not interesting - there are a lot of them in similar issues.

It is necessary to separate 2 fundamentally different things:
- to confirm education abroad
- to get a piece of paper, so that
it would be difficult to confirm what they give in 2 years. Since upon confirmation you give a certificate from the university how many hours you read this or that subject. If this is comparable to the required minimum - excellent. What is missing must be added.
So where 2 years (I don’t say, but most likely) it’s just a piece of paper fiction. You can print on a printer. Some employer will be ok, someone will require a confirmed one.
But as far as I know in developed countries, experience replaces education. They often write like this. VO or equivalent experience. If you can confirm knowledge and experience, no one cares how you got them. But if the digging is large, there is bureaucracy, there may be nuances.
Call the university and ask there, because most universities, by law, have an individual program in the form of an external student, i.e. If you want to take an external course, then you write an application for an individual program in the form of an external student and you pass everything quickly, but you will need to pay the full cost of the semesters.
What country do you already know? In Germany, for example, a Russian diploma is often equated with a German bachelor's degree. Is a Russian bachelor enough for you? I mean, you need to be more specific. Maybe it’s better to enroll in a correspondence course at a university in the Target Country? I think this is quite realistic (well, of course it costs money). You will come to the exams, learn the language well ... Alternatively, just
Is it not an option to study in Germany itself and work remotely? Education there for non-citizens/foreigners is free.

Public education can be asked, then it is easier to do visas, redneck universities do not even look. If developed countries
If a programmer, then only a portfolio or tests, no one cares what diploma, including Google. If according to another special that is another question.
