toster, sometimes just as a break (like now), habr, vkontakte (unsubscribed from almost all friends, there are a lot of publics on design, there is not enough time for kittens :))
It is problematic to study something thoughtfully because there are no long breaks , and fragmentary study (mosaic) is bad.

I read Habr or entertainment sites when my brain gets tired. I get up from my chair and do some light stretching.
I agree with Yuri Lobanov that you need to study something with complete immersion, not for 5-10 minutes.
