Higher education or specialized courses?

I want to ask advice from experienced people.
Now I work as an administrator at the enterprise, and there is an opportunity to get a higher education at the expense of the company. But I don’t like our education system itself, and I’m more than sure that it won’t do me any good except for the crust. I think that it will be more useful to take training courses, according to specials. directions. Especially since you know exactly what you need it for.
For reference: I am 22, I have a secondary special education in the field of IT (applied informatics) for 4 years in college, they taught me little.
I want to know your opinion, what do you think.

I didn't learn much in 4 years of college.

Nobody will teach you anything in 10 years (if only life). YOU MUST LEARN EXACTLY YOU, and not someone you.
If you go to a university with the same thoughts "Here I am! Teacher, teach me!", Then yes, this is most likely just a meaningless crust. If you want to develop as a specialist, then this is a great opportunity. No courses can replace even an average university.

give higher education = take it, just don't make yourself indulgent, etc. under the sauce "that, apart from the crust, this will not give me any benefit"
