The problem is that it seems that in my 1s there is no synchronization with the website, but it is needed. Help me please, at least to dig where?
There is an assumption that I may not have a data exchange module with the site at all. How to check it?

If you or your predecessor did not order the development of this module, then it is not available. There was nothing close to exchange modules from modern standard ones in the second half of the 90s and early 00s. Yes, and online stores did not exist then either ...

How to check it?

Enter the Configurator mode, open the metadata tree and visually search for something like "exchange settings with sites", "upload to the site" ... If there is nothing like that, then buy yourself a UNF and order data transfer - everything is there right out of the box even your own website with a store (on the UMI platform).
