Is it possible to cluster servers with different bitness on one physical server?

In general, there are some external components for connected equipment that are tailored for x32, and do not work correctly on x64.
But because of 1 base, 15, transferring everyone to x32 is a dubious pleasure.
Therefore, on the same physical server, x32 and x64 servers were raised on different ports.
Certainly from 2 different logical servers it is impossible to be connected to one DB.
But the question arose, is it possible to combine them into a cluster?
1. Most bases hang on x64, and the only x64 base hangs there for those who do not use equipment
2. One base hangs on x32, for those who need equipment.
I do both, for example, as central servers, do I set the fault tolerance level to 1 (because there are 2 logical servers)?
What about ports? Will it reroll if the user originally connected via the standard one to 1541, but the non-standard one is 1241?
Actually, he does not allow me to make the second logical server the central one, tk. you need to specify the port of the main manager. If I indicate my own (1241), then they will not be able to communicate stupidly. Do I understand correctly?

@fosihas

There are no staff resources, for server merging.
There are third-party snap-ins that allow you to combine the entire zoo of servers into a "single window".
and so there are solutions
