Where is the GLITCH in Sublime Text on OS X El Capitan from?

Updated the operating system to El Capitan (10.11, and later 10.11.4). Now strange things are happening with my favorite text editor:



I seem to have tried to install all available versions. Google did not give a single such case.
Previously, there was Maveriks and everything was as it should be.
PS: I haven't found any worthy alternatives to Sublime.
