How to reduce shadows in OSX 10.9-10.10?

Good day,
Question:
How can I edit UI resources (or rather appearance) in OSX's operating system. 10.9-10.10.
The interface which now, absolutely does not suit me. More precisely, I am not satisfied with the shadows most of all. In windows 7, they either don’t exist at all, or they don’t catch the eye so much. Immediately unsubscribe that I am a fan of the flat interface. I also don't particularly like traffic buttons. I want to correct the interface so that at least it will not be conspicuous.
It’s better to understand what I mean, take windows 7, set the color to white, completely transparent, and you can also disable shadows in the settings. And set the background to white.
An example can be seen in the picture

in Mac OS X 10.4-10.6 was the program ThemePark.app
So I am aware that all graphic resources are protected in the files SartFile.bin ArtFile.bin and Extras2.rcrs like.
(I'm aware that there is a ShadowKiller program, but after it kills the shadows, there are no frames on the windows, which is very bad)
is there a program for editing these resources.
I noticed that certain states use different resources in one place
. For example, the top bar sometimes uses a resource, for example A. And when you open the program, resource B from the SartFile.bin file. And when you disable the translusent menu, it generally uses the C resource.
