Where is the best place to write a project blog?

Good afternoon!
There is an Internet project that I am developing.
I want to keep a public blog about the process of working on the project, describe decisions, actions, successes, etc.
Firstly, this blog will be additional advertising for the project, and secondly, it will contain useful materials on the creation and development of similar projects.
I want to decide where is the best place to blog.
Basic conditions:
- good indexing
- internal PR is desirable, as on LJ
- the presence of a widget, as for social networks, so that a list of blog articles can be published on the project website
- automatic repost in social network groups (vk, fb, twitter, google)
In principle, a blogger or livejournal is perfect for these purposes, as I understand it. However, I can not find widgets for their sites to display blog posts.
