What engines repeat the functionality of telegra.ph and medium?

I want my own blog on a platform similar in simplicity to telegra.ph and medium, but with my own domain and analytics. Neither the Medium nor the Telegraph, as far as I know, provide such opportunities. What are the alternatives?

Usually, the self-hosted analogue of Medium is called Ghost . (It seems to be even from the same developers.)
You can also look towards static site generators ( Jekyll , Hugo and others), they are also quite simple. In some cases, it's even easier.
