It's not entirely clear what exactly you want to see.
There are official tapes with release announcements and so on.
You can pull out new plugins and themes, or find a site that has already done it with some reviews, but these are increasingly dumb aggregators of narrow-minded SEOs. And why? 90% are not worth the time.
If the feed is interesting for the WP developer, then this is a problem - there are a bunch of small blogs that give out one article per month, God forbid. You can of course collect, but they either go out or go out, so you have to search more often than read :) As an option - you need to search in Google, we find - we subscribe.
In general, they correctly wrote that the search drives.

Wordpresso.org is a good Russian blog with tons of snippets.
