Blog for theory?

I want to publish a topic about the basics of information theory (amount of information, Kolmogorov, Shannon, formula) and entropy compression algorithms (Shannon-Fano, Huffman, arithmetician). Will this topic be in demand and which blog is best suited for this?

Read about algorithms. Obviously, the Algorithms section is suitable .

The algorithm, just, does not depend on its implementation in any way. So it doesn't matter if you are describing a theoretical component of an algorithm or one of its implementations. In the blog "algorithms" such an article is still suitable.

I think that it is appropriate to interpret the names of the blog (blogs) broadly, otherwise it is not clear what we will come to. Blog "Algorithms" is suitable, "MehMat" is not.

There is also a blog Learning process , but still Algorithms are closer, in my opinion. In many articles from "Algorithms" just the theory is considered, without implementation on a specific PL: for example, here , here or here . And the topic should be in demand, I would be interested, anyway :)

There is no such blog. Humble yourself and write to "Algorithms" or to "Educational Process" or to "Data mining". They are about the same distance from the topic.
