How (what software) in Linux can organize the following:
1. Creation-editing of videos or mini-movies (up to 15 minutes);
2. Preparation, editing, etc. for publishing an article on a website, blog or other resource;
3. Photo editing, collage creation;
4. Viewing a document on one device, and after closing, viewing on another device from the same place;
5. Search, delete and other operations with duplicate files, photos.
I would like the software to be Russified.
