I am looking for courses to improve my knowledge and learn new things. Interesting Web programming (JS, angular). Now I settled on the Shag Academy and the Specialist Training Center.
What can you advise?

I don't see the point in courses. Everything that they give you is in the public domain. If you have any questions, there is always documentation. I would advise learning English.
