How to digest a large amount of information, despite the anxiety?

Good afternoon community.
You had a moment when you got a job and received just a huge amount of new information that you need to learn in a short time - how did you deal with it?
I can't. When I receive a lot of information that I will have to be guided by in my work, I have a strong anxiety.
Now I have changed jobs and in two days I am leaving for a new one. I thought it would be easier, but the information was simply filled up beyond measure. And it needs to be studied, in fact, now, but it doesn’t fit into me, because of this there is a stupor and severe anxiety.
Have you ever experienced this? How did you deal with it?

In projects where there is a lot of introductory information at once, in the normal case, no immediate return is expected from the new camera. You should also have a trial period for a couple of months - in a couple of months it will be possible to figure it out.
I use paper notebooks to outline the structure and highlights, it is convenient to supplement, finish drawing, visual memory and all that.
And so - just try to regularly structure the information, it will settle down over time.

For seventeen years in a row I go to interviews terrified and horrified to go to a new job. But the simple principle of life "get up or die" does not allow you to say "I can not."

I write down my every action, in the process of parsing. Minimize minor distractions - drive everyone to the forest, or agree with them to fix the time to solve their problem.
And yes - sleep well, eat well, drink vitamins. Well, pull-ups, push-ups and washing dishes also help with stress.

Try wearing a money band around your wrist, and when anxiety sets in, tighten it up a little and let it go quickly. It helps me.
