In the browser it gives: Timed out waiting for a response from the site bitbucket.org . in all browsers
In the terminal:

ssh: connect to host bitbucket.org port 22: Network is unreachable
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists

Now one hundred percent there is some free program that does the same thing. All you have to do is search the play store.

If you are in Crimea, then it blocks access from most Crimean ip. Use a VPN
