Experienced developers indicate the path or which way to go?

Hello!
I am a beginner developer and I am looking for help from professionals in my field. The problem is that I really want to write code differently. I want to be as productive as possible with math, but I can't find anything that works. Something more or less similar to what I want, I saw in the book "Deep Learning", Ian Goodfellow.
Tell me which direction should I go? What books/courses can you recommend me?

If you are drawn to mathematics, then there are areas where this knowledge is in demand:

  • data analysis (data science), machine learning (Machine Learning) - today in trend
  • machine vision
  • signal processing (dsp) and in particular audio
  • knowledge-intensive applications
  • cryptocurrency mining
  • bioinformatics

It matters a lot whether you work professionally or programming is your hobby. professionally means that this is your main source of income and you do this a significant part of your time.
+ explain what you mean by "achieve maximum productivity through mathematics"
