High-quality translation of books on programming, where to get?

Who speaks English well, tell me two or three books on programming (preferably about algorithms, or general programming theory, PHP as well, although not fundamentally), which are translated from English with high quality.
I need as an aid in the study of technical English. in programming (translation)
It would be very interesting to read McConnell's Perfect Code as well. I just don’t know if it’s translated well or there is a lot of gag ....
O'reilly books are also in preference

There are only two ways to learn a foreign language:
Translations, especially technical literature, I personally advise you not to read. No, maybe the guys translated it normally, but the translator most likely does not understand the topic at all, so part of the context that the original author wanted to convey to the reader is lost.
Take any intensive course in English and read books in the original with google translate. You will understand much more than from the translation.

Very symbolic. We see two answers to a very specific question, one of which is off-topic advice, and the second is a motivating wish "don't twitch, you still won't succeed." What about you people?
On the subject: the last thing I read in Russian is Martin Graber - Introduction to SQL . Very good translation. There is no verbatim, the translator is fluent in Russian and understands the topic.
Yes, it's not about algorithms.
