Where is the best place to store bookmarks?
Bookmarks that I will definitely return to within two or three days, use the built-in bookmark manager in Google Chrome, and for bookmarks that could potentially be useful in the future, I use the Delicious service, where I structure them using tags.

Now I am developing one bookmarking service. If you're interested, I can create an account and send you a link. Try it, tell us about your impressions :)
1) Chrome + synchronization
2) a self-written bash script that, after entering the addbookmark category link , writes it to the server via ssh
3) the “mark” button in the reader.
one-time store in readitlaterlist.com/
there is for chrome / fox and bookmarklets for the rest
and so - xmarks.com (until they close), probably weave (or foxsync, when it will be, and when it will work under linux)
In my bookmarks opera, only private URLs appear, such as client admins.
And all the others continue to be stored in Google - there are a lot of them, Google itself takes care of the update, all garbage is shown later than the usefulness, new bookmarks appear by themselves, the keywords are arbitrary and wide enough and do not require manual modification.
The most necessary bookmarks in the browser, the rest that you liked and not to forget in the future are Yandex.Bookmarks and Opera Link.
What I need right now - I leave the tabs open.
Frequently visited services are visual bookmarks in the browser, and there are fewer of them than the places in browsers.
Occasionally visited under the login - roboform.
I keep bookmarks in the browser because on my work and home computers there are two almost non-overlapping sets of bookmarks and quick links
