Where is the best place to register a startup?

I searched in questions and topics, but I didn’t find a question or post similar to my question, so I’m writing a separate question.

To register a startup for a venture project, almost on a 50/50 basis (half for the investor, half for the idea and technical implementation), it is necessary to register a company. Based on claims to world fame (in our dreams we all imagine ourselves to be great geniuses) and the need for proper organization of the business, we found it expedient to register offshore. American and Cypriot offshore zones are not suitable.

Now we are considering options in the Emirates or in Singapore.

I would be grateful for advice, especially backed up by personal experience.

Why Singapore and the Emirates?
You will definitely suffer with the Emirates.
There are more prestigious jurisdictions and not as expensive as Singapore.
