How to write documentation for a startup?

Soon there will be a startup event in my city where you can present your project / idea and find investors / like-minded people, etc. At the event, of course, you will need to make a presentation to describe your project and talk in detail about its functions and benefits. So the question is:
How to write high-quality/correct project documentation with which you can speak and correctly convey the essence of your idea to the listener.
Maybe there are some standards, examples, etc. ?

Presentation - graphics, pictures, animations. Indicate all the pluses - advantages over competitors; things that others have, but you implemented more competently and more conveniently; your know-how. It is also important to state the prospects of the project, your own development plans, indicating the specific numbers that you are going to achieve in a month, quarter, year. And, of course, ways of monetization - without them, the project may not be of interest to anyone.

Have you read "Zuckerberg Will Call"? There are just a bunch of articles on this topic (speech to investors, presentation, etc.)
