Good day everyone. The thoughts of some small startups often visit, most often quite simple ones that do not claim to be famous Facebook, etc., but by nature I am not a programmer at all, not a web developer, and I don’t have many friends from this area, hence the question: are there any runet platforms to find people for cooperation?
PS Maybe a startup is a strong word, I mean just small projects that, I hope, will be of interest to at least someone (:

If there is a good idea, and you are looking for people who could implement it for a share of the profits - stop, your idea is complete garbage and no one will ever implement it.
Programmers, designers, artists, layout designers - engineers, never appreciate ideas (almost all, without exception, so to speak).
Another thing is if you are an engineer yourself and are ready to spend your time, and your time is worth a lot (a high-level engineer), then I am ready to listen.
In Runet, there are a lot of “startup exchange” sites, all sorts of programmer forums ... there is no one big resource on this matter. The search engine will help you, not a specific site.

Since you say that the project is not super cool, but your idea is good, then study the necessary technologies, spend time, make an effort, and then your friends will appear and you will succeed =)
